Watch for news updates! Sound Learning will be hosting the 23rd annual Spring Spell-E-Bration coming up in May 2017.

This family-friendly event promises to be a good time for all, and proceeds will directly benefit Sound Learning’s educational programs for adults in both Mason and Thurston Counties.

Businesses, organizations, and individuals can participate in a range of sponsorships from Major Sponsor ($2500 +), to Literacy Sponsor ($500+), Literacy Leader ($100+), and Bee Booster ($25-$99). Team sponsorship costs $500 and can be shared. Time to start organizing your team.

Community members can also organize a 3-member team, recruit a financial sponsor, and spell, spell, spell for the coveted first place trophy. If you are a team without a sponsor, a sponsor without a team, or a speller without a team, let us know in early March and we’ll try to match you up. Team participants must be high school age or older.

The audience will have chances to root for their favorite team, visit the appetizer-and-dessert buffet, and bid on quality silent auction items. We will be accepting items for the upcoming event beginning in February 2017.

Spell-E-Bration is the signature fundraising event for Sound Learning. Proceeds help fund programs in Mason and Thurston counties which offer high-quality, accessible classes, and tutoring in reading, writing, math, GED® preparation, English for Speakers of Other Languages,, HS21+ completion, and basic computer skills.

Our mission is to educate adults to be equipped to succeed and contribute in our society.
